1.The Promotion

To celebrate the launch of The Wandering Stone Print Store, The Wandering Stone is giving one lucky winner the opportunity to win a canvas print of their choice.

By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions


2. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Wandering Stone are not eligible to enter.


3.How to enter

To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow @_thewanderingstone on Instagram
  2. Like the official giveaway post on @_thewanderingstone; and
  3. Tag two different Instagram accounts in a comment on the official giveaway post.

Each eligible comment tagging two different people counts as one entry.

You may enter more than once. Each additional eligible comment tagging two different people will count as an additional entry.

You must not tag yourself.

There is no purchase or payment required to enter.


4.Promotion period

Entries open at 5.00pm AWST on Saturday 29 August 2026 and close at 11.59pm AWST on Friday 11 September 2026.

Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.


5.The prize

One winner will receive:

One 16x20 inch (approx. 41x51cm) canvas print of their choice from the available collection in The Wandering Stone Print Store, valued at $350.

Standard postage within Australia is included in the prize.

The winner may choose any eligible 16x20 inch canvas available through The Wandering Stone Print Store at the time the prize is claimed.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

If the winner's chosen photograph or canvas product is unavailable at the time of claiming the prize, The Wandering Stone will work with the winner to select another available photograph of equivalent value.

Any additional products, upgrades, framing, customisation, express postage or other costs not specifically included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

International postage is not included in the prize.


6.Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Saturday 12 September 2026.

The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @_thewanderingstone Instagram account.

The winner may also be announced publicly on The Wandering Stone's Instagram account,


7.Claiming the prize

The winner must respond to the promoter within 7 days of being contacted.

The winner will need to provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.

The promoter will never ask the winner for their instagram password, security codes or payment details in order to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to claim the prize, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select another eligible winner.


8.Valid entires

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
  • Contains fraudulent or misleading information
  • Appears to have been submitted using automated methods
  • Involves fake or fraudulent accounts
  • Is otherwise made in a manner that is inconsistent with the spirit of the giveaway

The promoters decision regarding the eligibility of entires will be final, subject to any rights available under Australian law.


9.Instagram

The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with instagram.

By entering this giveaway, you release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the giveaway.

All information provided for the purpose of entering or claiming the prize is provided to The Wandering Stone and not to Instagram.


10.Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used only for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.

The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information to third parties.


11.Changes or cancellation

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to conduct the giveaway as described in these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where permitted by law.

Any significant changes will be communicated through @_thewanderingstone and/or the relevant giveaway post.


12.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Wandering Stone is not responsible for technical difficulties, Instagram outages, lost or delayed entries, internet connection issues, or other circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control that may prevent participation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.


13.Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
