It's the nervous excitement before you walk down the aisle, your Dad seeing you for the first time, the friends who travelled for hours to be there, the quiet moments between the chaos and the people you love filling the dance floor long after the formalities are over.
I'm here to document all of it.
My approach to weddings is relaxed, honest and centred around the people who make your day yours. Years from now, I want your photos to feel less like a collection of wedding photos and more like stepping back into the day itself- remembering exactly how it felt to be there, surrounded by your favourite people.
The Way I Photograph Weddings
You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need to spend hours practising your smile. And you definitely don't need to spend your wedding day worrying about whether you're doing everything 'right'.
My job is to make the photography feel easy.
I'll gently guide you when you need it, particularly during portraits and the parts of the day where a little direction helps. But for the most part, I want you to forget I'm there.
Laugh with your friends.
Cry during speeches.
Dance terribly.
Get a little bit dusty.
Let the day unfold and I'll be there to photograph what happens naturally... because those are often the photos you'll treasure most.
Your Experience
Before the Wedding
It starts long before I arrive with a camera.
We'll have a conversation about you, your plans and what matters most to you. I'll get to know the people, places and little details that make your wedding yours.
You'll receive everything you need to feel prepared, including guidance around timelines, photos and making the most of your time together.
My goal is for you to arrive at your wedding day feeling excited, not overwhelmed.
On the Day
I'll be there to document the day as it unfolds.
I'll help when you need direction and disappear in the background when you don't.
You don't need to worry about creating moments for the camera.
You just need to get married and I'll take care of the rest.
Afterwards
When the confetti has settled at the dress has been hung up, your photo become the way you return to the day.
I'll carefully edit your images to preserves the feeling of the day. Your finished photos will be delivered through a beautiful online gallery, with options to turn your favourites into tangible pieces you'll be able to hold on to for years to come.

FAQ
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I love travelling for weddings, especially for anyone in rural Australia - the more adventurous the better!
Travel is quoted separately depending on your location, at a rate of $1.10/km for one way.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, particularly if you're planning a Saturday wedding during peak wedding season.
That said, it's always worth getting in touch. If your date is available, I'd love to hear from you!
We hate having our photo taken. Is that okay?
Honestly, you're probably exactly the kind of couple I love photographing.
You don't need to be comfortable in front of a camera.
My approach is relaxed and natural, and I'll give you direction when it's
helpful without turning your wedding day into a photoshoot.
How much time do we need for portraits?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer.
We'll work together to find a window that fits naturally into your day. I generally recommend
allowing enough time that you don't feel rushed, while making sure you're still about to enjoy your wedding.
How long until we receive our photos?
Your photos will be carefully edited and delivered around 4 weeks after your wedding.
I don't like to rush this part.
These photos are incredibly important, and I want to give them the time and attention they deserve!
Can we print our photos?
Absolutely!
Your online gallery includes access to our print store, where you can order professional-quality
prints, frames and other products! And I would absolutely recommend you do print!
What happens if it rains?
We embrace it!
Rain, wind, dust, cloudy skies and changing weather are all part of the story.
We'll make a plan if the weather becomes unsafe, but I won't automatically consider bad weather a problem.
Sometimes the unexpected moments end up being the photos you love the most!
